Rather than using stock footage or generic graphics, we leaned into what makes Amplify unique — their people.

  1. Scriptwriting: We wrote ad scripts tailored to two key audiences:

    • Relocation buyers, focusing on ease, virtual options, and smooth transitions.

    • Local buyers, highlighting agent expertise, neighborhood knowledge, and community connection.

  2. Collaboration with Videographers: To ensure the ads felt authentic and high-quality, we partnered with local videographers who could capture the agents in action — showing homes, exploring neighborhoods, and connecting with clients.

  3. Agent as the Focal Point: Each ad was built around Amplify’s agents. By putting faces to the brand, we built credibility and made the brokerage feel personal, not corporate.

  4. Editing for Social Media: With engaging hooks, fast pacing, and clear calls-to-action, we ensured the final videos were optimized for Instagram and Facebook ads, as well as organic reels and posts.
